His managerial career is studded with landmark achievements:
• 2006 — Team Manager of the inaugural Pacific Rugby Cup champion, Savaii Samoa.

After more than a decade of frontline team management from 2000 to 2015, Namulauulu moved into governance, joining the Samoa Rugby Union Board as Secretary in 2016 before being appointed President in 2018 — a position he held with energy and purpose, until his recent appointment as Lakapi Samoa Board Chairman.

He acknowledged that the role comes with challenges but remained confident that success would come through unity and collective effort.
“There will always be challenges, but teamwork makes the dream work. As an organisation, we must continue to lift our standards, work hard together and remain committed to the values that have brought us this far. Above all, I place my faith in the Lord to guide me and give me wisdom as I undertake this responsibility on behalf of Samoa.”
